Welcome to SSJ Property, a property and tenant management software developed and operated by SSJ Developer ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of SSJ Property (the "Services"), available at pms.ssjdeveloper.com. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using SSJ Property, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you are using our Services on behalf of a company, agency, or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use SSJ Property only for lawful property and tenant management purposes. You must not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including local real estate and tenancy laws.
  • Use the Services to store or process fraudulent property listings, fake tenant records, or misleading data.
  • Use the Services in a manner that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair our systems.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, other user accounts, or connected networks.
  • Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software through the platform.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the software or any part of its source code.

3. User Accounts

When you create an SSJ Property account, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by your staff or team members with assigned roles.
  • Notifying us immediately at support@ssjdeveloper.com of any unauthorized access or security breach.

We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Tenant & Property Data

  • You retain ownership of all property, tenant, lease, and financial data you upload to SSJ Property ("Customer Data").
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to store tenant personal information within the platform.
  • We process and store your data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Services, in line with our Privacy Policy.
  • You may export or request deletion of your Customer Data at any time by contacting our support team.

5. Subscription, Payment & Billing

  • SSJ Property is offered on a subscription basis across multiple plans as listed on our Pricing page.
  • All subscription fees are due in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
  • We reserve the right to revise plan pricing or introduce new fees, with at least 15 days' prior notice to active subscribers.
  • Failure to renew or complete payment may result in suspension of access to your account and data until dues are cleared.
  • All invoices issued for SSJ Property subscriptions can be verified through the official SSJ Developer billing records. For any billing discrepancy, contact conact@ssjdeveloper.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, design, trademarks, logos, and content associated with SSJ Property are the exclusive property of SSJ Developer or its licensors. Subscribing to our Services grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform strictly for your internal property management operations. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or distribution of the software is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SSJ Property, with or without prior notice, if:

  • You breach these Terms or misuse the platform.
  • Your subscription payment remains unpaid after the due date.
  • We are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority.
  • We discontinue or significantly alter the Services.

Upon termination, you will have a limited window (as communicated at the time) to export your Customer Data before it is permanently removed from our systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • SSJ Developer and its affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of rental income, tenant disputes, or data loss — arising from your use of SSJ Property.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the subscription amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
  • SSJ Property is a management tool; we are not a party to, and bear no responsibility for, any lease, rental, or tenancy agreement between you and your tenants.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SSJ Developer, its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from your use of the Services, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ambah, Morena District, Madhya Pradesh, India.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, and your continued use of SSJ Property after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
